Disinfestazione delle Residenze Universitarie dell’ERSU Palermo, prevista per martedì 31 Ottobre 2023.

Si comunica che Martedi 31 Ottobre le seguenti Residenze Universitarie dell’Ente ubicate nella città di Palermo, e, conseguentemente, anche gli uffici amministrativi, rimarranno chiusi per disinfestazione:

• Residenza Universitaria “Santi Romano”;
• Residenza Universitaria “San Saverio”;
• Residenza Universitaria “Biscottari”;
• Residenza Universitaria “Goliardo”;
• Residenza Universitaria “Schiavuzzo”.

L’utenza è tenuta a:

• lasciare in ordine la camera al fine di agevolare il compito degli
  addetti e quindi rendere più efficace la disinfestazione;
• non lasciare cibo nelle stanze.

 

ATTENZIONE: NON SARÀ POSSIBILE rimanere nelle strutture durante le operazioni di disinfestazione e cioè dalle ore 7:30 fino alle ore 20:00.

Si invitano i Sigg. Referenti e tutto il personale in servizio presso tutte le Residenze Universitarie a:

1. dare la massima diffusione alla presente nota, stimolando la necessaria collaborazione dell’utenza;
2. affiggere copia, sia in questa versione in lingua italiana che nella seguente versione in lingua inglese, di questa nota all’albo online e sul sito istituzionale.

Scheduled pest control/disinfestation in the ERSU Palermo halls of residence (hostels) on Tuesday, 31 October 2023.

 

On Tuesday, 31 October 2023, from 7:30 to 20:00 the following halls of residence/hostels (and ERSU Palermo offices) in the city of Palermo will be closed for a pest control:

• “Santi Romano”;
• “San Saverio”;
• “Casa Biscottari”;
• “Casa del Goliardo”;
• “Schiavuzzo”;

 

Our users are kindly required to:

• exit the building leaving the room tidy;
• leave no food inside the rooms.

 

ATTENTION: IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE to stay in our facilities during such operations (from 7:30 to 20:00 on 31 October 2023).

 

Offices will be open again on Thursday, 2 November 2023.

 

For further information or doubts ERSU Palermo will answer/reply from the offices located in Caltanissetta and Agrigento, the “Sportello informativo” located in Trapani and the Contact Center operators.
